Terms of Agreement - Banner Referral
Yes please - I'd like to sign up for £10 for every policy sold
1. Winsure UK will pay £10 for every new policy sold. A policy sale exists when the proposal has been accepted by the Insurers and the policy premium paid in full and collected by Insurers from the Proposer. 2. Winsure UK operate this Banner Referral Scheme and the "View your Banner Click-Through Results" and the "Results" pages of this site. These pages have been tested and verified for accuracy however Winsure UK cannot be held responsible for any error in the "Results" shown. All payments under this Scheme will be subject to the Insurers records of policies issued and paid for and in the event that the Insurers policy records differ from the "Results" pages the Insurers records will prevail. The Insurers decision will be final. 3. Payments will be made to you monthly in arrears no later than the 15th of each month and 7 days after settlement by the Insurers of their account with Winsure.co.uk. 4. The duration of the agreement is 3 months after which it may be renewed by agreement. 5. Webmasters/website owners displaying the banner will for their own benefit ensure it is placed where relevant visitors are likely to see it. 6. A link only will be included on the webpage and the banner will remain on Winsure's servers. 7. The ALT mouseover text will remain unaltered unless by prior agreement. 8. Webmasters will ensure that the link from the banner works properly and displays the website being promoted in a new full-size fully-scrolling webpage. Support and advice will be provided by Winsure where required to achieve this. 9. This agreement may be terminated by either party with 7 days notice. 10. PLEASE NOTE: Winsure.co.uk is an independent website operating company. Winsure.co.uk are not insurance brokers. Customers to the youngladydriver website are responsible for deciding whether the youngladydriver policy is suitable for their own requirements.
